I love my teas during the colder weather. There are so many great tastes and they have all kind of health benefits! Make it a habit to take a tea break! I admire this tradition in England about the Afternoon Tea. Which is your favorite tea?
Juice of 1/2 lemon, 1 teaspoons with wine of apple juice
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon clear honey
2 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
Slice the two fatter “cheeks” of the mango from either side of the stone. Cut a cress-cross pattern across the flesh of each piece to divide into small cubes, then push the skin inwards and slice off the cubes. Set aside.
Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan until hot. Add garlic, ginger and chicken and stir-fry for 3 min. Add snow peas, celery and pepper and stir-fry for 3-4 min. Add the spring onions, mango and seasoning and then stir-fry for a further 2 min.
In a small bowl, combine the lemon juice, white wine or apple juice, balsamic vinegar and honey. Add to the wok and continue to cook for a further 2 min. Add the cilantro and serve over rice. Enjoy!
Believing in it and having our dinners at the dinner table since many years, I can say it does make a difference in our lives. I was looking for another resource of my book I’m working on …… and I thought I need to share this with you guys now……….
Our son was tested for celiac disease many years ago from Nadine RN emergency nurse, who almost died herself, years ago. We are so thankful that she survived and could test our son 9 years ago for celiac disease and that all his very serious health issues in connection with Gluten are gone. When your child is always not feeling good, has tummy ache or anger issues, please try to take them off Gluten and you will be so glad you did! We were so thankful that the anger issues from our son were gone and he didn’t feel sick all the time. Gluten does a lot of damage in our health. Autism and Gluten is connected as well. Here is the video from Nadine, The Gluten RN nurse who almost died. Contact Nadine for more info…..Gluten Free RN, Corvallis, OR
