Today is Super Bowl Sunday! Not only enjoy the game but also the food. Eating foods like homemade guacamole or salsa with organic chips, hummus and chips made with coconut or olive oil are good alternatives to palm and vegetable oils. Instead of nachos have fresh sliced cheese with whole grain crackers and a fruit tray. Having pizza make or order with toppings of vegetables and leave off the meats and have a fresh green salad.
