We are all creatures of habits. To change a bad habit in a new good one, we need to get aware first, visualize the new good behavior we want achieve and we need physically go through the process of acting it out. The old habit will be automatically replaced if we repeat the new habit every day for 21 days and keep practicing it for another 42 days to form the new habit and replace the old one. Then do the same for another habit you want to change for the better and you will be proud of yourself when you succeed with it. Learning, challenging, growing and pushing myself is a interesting process I won’t miss in my life! How about you?
