I missed my daily fresh made energy smoothies during my vacations. I tried a new one yesterday, which I really liked… it is:

1 medium banana

1/2 ripe avocado

1 cup orange juice

1 cup milk (any milk)

1/2 cup vanilla cream/vanilla yogurt     (optional:  1 Tbs honey  or 1 Tbs sugar)

a few ice cubes (optional)



Peel banana and half ripe avocado

put in blender

add orange juice, milk, vanilla cream/yogurt

mix until smooth, add some ice cubes if you like and enjoy!
