BACHELOR-TOAST  (JUNGGESELLEN-TOAST)

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

1 egg

1 onion cut

1/2 teaspoon salt

pepper

1/4 teaspoon paprika

8 pieces of toast

2 tablespoon margarine

8 pieces of American or cheddar cheese

Olives or sandwich cucumbers

Preparations:

  1. Ground beef, egg, onion and pepper, paprika and salt in bowl mixing
  2. The mixture put on the 8 toast-bread
  3. Heat the pan and put the toast upside down (meat needs to cook short but good through), turn and add the cheese on top to melt by low heat with the pan covered. Decorate with cucumber or olives.
  4. Serve with salad, ratatouille, or steamed tomatoes. Guten Apetit!
