Ingredients:
10 lbs clams
4 cups water
1 cup white wine
1 whole fresh garlic
1 large onion chopped
12 peppercorns
1 hand full of parsley
1 t.sp.hot sauce
1/2 stick butter
1 fresh lemon
Preparation:
Put clams in ice water with corn meal for 4 hours to clean. Bring all ingredients to boil, simmer for 15 min. Add clams to boiling broth and cook for 5 min. Enjoy!
