I DID IT!

If you’re feeling stressed because you never seem to get to your “to do” list, make a “I did it” list for a few days. Write down what you accomplish each day. Write the time spent to it. Including everything that seems too insignificant to mention, bring the children to school, grocery shopping, preparing a healthy meal, reading to a child, listening to a friend.
