Oprah and Weight Watchers

Did you see or hear about Oprah on a new diet?  Not only is she on the diet but owns 10% of stock and is on the board of directors. I’ve read Oprah has been on yo-yo diets before and I remember when she hired Bob Greene as her personal trainer and released a health and fitness book together.

I watched a clip of Oprah on the Ellen DeGeneres show and Oprah stated, “Weight Watchers has actually given me the tools to have accountability to myself.” Oprah said that she has lost 15 pounds since starting the diet in August. Wishing her a healthy life!

TIPS FOR PHONE CALLS, TEXT OR E-MAILS

Today almost everybody has an I-phone and computer we are spending hours on it each day. It is a combination between calls, text, social media and e-mails. It is difficult to keep control on how many hours a day we spend time on it. Some little planning helps to keep things in check and under control.

Tips for private and business communications to be effective and time sensitive:

1:  Set a time or periods of time to make calls, text or e-mails

2: Make a list and prioritize them by importance

3: Set a time for each call, text or e-mail

4: Write some short notes to each call, text or e-mail,what you want to achieve
