FOCUS ON GRATITUDE EACH MORNING AND SEE HOW YOU FEEL IN A WEEK!

Start writing 5 things what you are grateful for in a nice journal and add each day 3 more things. Focus on what makes you happy and what you are thankful for …..(about yourself, your relationships, friends & family,  your environment, work) and see how you feel each day and journal about it!
